Great quotes! I may disagree with Margaret Thatcher’s politics but she was one hell of a tough woman and that’s admirable. I think her discipline and no nonsense approach is something we could all learn and benefit from.

This is what I fear the most. The nation is deeply divided and I have no idea how it can be remedied. Is it even possible to have a strong and uniting President with bipartisan support in these uncertain times? Have we already begun to destroy ourselves and is our decline inevitable? So many questions and so few answers.

I was in a high stress department at work for about a year and a half. Any time I needed a break, I would tell my co-worker "looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue". They got the reference and it helped get me through. I now have a better position, higher pay and way less stress.

That show was just so amazingly and brilliantly written and acted. So much nuance underwoven with overt violence and deliberation. Just a masterpiece.
