The only reason for this bill is so "girls don't have to compete with boys in girls sports" but what an inspiration it is for girls to compete on boys teams. But, because science, trans girls (girls who were born male but are on HRT to become female) are taking estrogen to replace testosterone so they can become female. There are plenty of peer reviewed science articles about transitioning. It happens to such a small number, relatively, of people and those who are athletes, even fewer. But, gotta inspect children's genitals just because? ew
I haven't researched it that much, but didn't the article say that the "inspection" is done by a medical doctor? I know my kids have to have a physical and get a signature from the doctor saying they can play sports each year. I don't think this is much different from that, other than the doctor certifying the gender. I think the way you are portraying it is you trying to be sensationalistic.
Your kids have to see a doctor before they can play sport each year? Not something that happens in Norway or New Zealand.
Yes, our doctor just fills out the paperwork if their physical is up-to-date. I think its mostly a CYA for the state high school athletic boards.
