Like 90% of the article is simply quotes. What kind of reporting is that?

I'm afraid it's becoming common practise . It's known as churnalism. Newspapers are saving vast amounts in salaries by hiring researchers with little or no literary/journalistic ability, who spend their day on the internet gathering quotes, stats and pictures and churning them into some form of article.

At least their source was informed ( ish ) this time!

One British correspondent likened the economy cabin to a hospital waiting room.

"Really, I cannot see this working at all, they are going to have to change it," the poster said.

"Indescribably awful."

Bravo old chap! Smashing good show  Smile

Actually, I don't think it looks great but the problem with the photos is the lack of carpeting and correct lighting to tone things down a bit...

Journalism is becoming pretty cheap these days, nothing like CNN and their iReporters which is just average people sending stuff in and getting their 15 seconds of fame.
