Lost Thread Non-Av

Thu Jun 12, 2008 11:50 pm

What has happened to the BHM 2008 Meet thread?

It has disappeared. Can someone from Customer Service help me out with this?

I want to start a new thread, but I wanted to link to it as we have in the past.

Thanks.

it is usually easier to address them directly: [email protected] or if this thread got deleted then ask [email protected] why.

Quoting Halcyon (Reply 1):

I am sorry that you think that way and that you haven't received a reply yet. I know a few guys from the support team and they seem to be really busy with loads of question. Just send them another email and ask again...

Quoting Halcyon (Reply 1):
Why should I care anymore?

I hope you still care because you enjoy this website?

Seems like there is a server issue here. I have noticed several other threads are missing too. A few days ago i was looking for the thread about the Russia trip in September, but that one is also gone Sad

Hey, in calling a spade a spade, I really need to say "thanks" in public. (You know, since I went off in public.) I just received an email from Chachu201 with the answer to my question. He took the time to go and find it and reply and was very professional and thorough.

Quoting Chachu201 (Reply 3):

Thanks! I appreciate the reply. Sorry you had to go and do it all yourself. Anyway, I highly appreciate your attitude in the matter. Thank you for the help!  goodvibes

Unless there is already a "Part 2" that was created, and has disappeared, the original BHM 2008 thread is still available at the link shown below*.

However, as no one has posted in it for 4 months, the system auto-archived it. Once that is done, the moderators have no way to unlock it.

So, if this is the thread you're referring to, mystery solved. You can start a "Part 2" to continue the discussion.

If there was a newer threadon this topic, please advise and we'll continue to search for it.

* For future reference, I found the thread by entering "BHM 2008" in the search field (without the quotes) and selecting "Topic Field, Most Recent Posts First." It was the first and only hit the search returned.
Blank.

That's no problem at all, its a pleasure to help. And remember everyone, [email protected]! If you need some help (with the site, or just with life in general), feel free to send us a mail and we'll help you out  Smile
