The way I read it, rejected photos don't have their filename changed.

So to clarify - photos in the queue have the filenames changed, but once they are rejected they revert back to the filename they were uploaded with?
I have one photo in the queue at the moment, so I can confirm that the name is changed on upload. It hasn't been screened (or rejected, heh) yet so I cannot comment on the veracity of the latter part.
