I appreciate the explanation of the personal info, but with regards to my lack of emails, I have checked out setting on AN and everything appears ok, and on my own e-mail account, there is nothing showing in spam folders or anything like that. IAIN

I can't update my email address. I realised I wasn't getting screener emails today so I checked and my email address for some reason was one I have not used in a decade and know I've changed... Tried to change it, but when I do the email confirmation I get a 404 error.

Missed screener email because of it.

Edit: apparently it did update my email regardless after some time and is showing new one now but the email link never worked.

Any way to get the screener message resent?

So I tried changing my banner pic that displays above my photo gallery and I was led to this page... :confused:

Obviously I'm not blocked from the site (since I'm able to post this :lol:

), perhaps this is some sort of bug?

I noticed there hasn't been any Facebook posts since last Monday. Is this service temporarily not functional or does airliners stop with posting shots on social media?

All I can recommend is to email support@airliners.net. Obviously a lot of people are experiencing this issue, but it's a problem that's our of our hands. It's something the developers will have to get around to fixing, and we have no control over that. I understand that you're frustrated, but we know about as much as you do.

There's something wrong with two of my images that recently got accepted to the database. The thumbnail is fine, but when you look at the full-size photo the color is off. I've tried accessing the photos on various devices and they all display the same way. I'm not sure what's going on because I have other images on the site that were edited the same way and they don't have this problem.

You probably saved those photos in an AdobRGB color profile, where it should be sRGB. Please re-save the photos in sRGB and use the reupload feature through ypur photo corner.

I've had 3 photos accepted but not on the database. Haven't seen any new uploads in the last 5 or so hours, and counters seem to be stuck.

We are aware and have passed the message on. Unfortunately we're still dependent on one person to pass that on to the developers and it's night in his timezone. Hopefully will be fixed soon. Thanks for reporting.

Hi, not sure if this has already been mentioned but it seems when sorting a photo search by year ascending the approximately-dated photos appear before those with more-precise dates.

This search ( https://www.airliners.net/search?airlin ... ail&page=1 ), for example, shows images dated "Late 1980's" and "Early 1960's" ahead of those marked "1956", and so on.

Also, not related to the issue itself but while I'm here,
- the "Year" option could perhaps be renamed "Date Taken" to match "Date Added", and
- the apostrophes don't belong in phrases like "Late 1980's", as they're neither possessive nor contractions.

Hi All

Have spoken to the developers and the photo view counters have been reset. We knew of the problem and were watching a batch of photos. Some of those have updated while others have yet to index. So from the time this post has been made all photos should be updating within three hours. We are still watching the same batch but if any of you notice images not updating please let us know so we can report them.

Hello A.net Crew! It appears that the view counter is still malfunctioning. I've been experiencing it lately with several of my uploaded images that the view counter has been stuck at zero for a long time. Most recently photo id 5633307 has been showing zero views for the last two hours. I've opened it from multiple devices and asked friends to click on it to see if the views are recorded. Unfortunately, it seems to be a bug on the site. Would you mind taking a look at it? Kind regards, TKL
