blocked by cloudflare?

I tried to reply (a link was included in the reply) to a topic when cloudflare (protection service for DDoS and similar) and told by I was blocked from posting).
I assume this is configuration error or false positive from cloudflare since I could post this thread without problem?

I have asked that this will be forwarded to the developers. We have had issues with it in the past.

Are you browsing the forum using a VPN connection? That is the main reason for being blocked from what I have been told.
