Avatar issues

Trying to upload an avatar and I don't see the link in my control panel. Any help would be appreciated.

You have to do it on the main menu page and not on the forum page. It took me a long time to figure this out. Go to the airliners.net homepage and access your account there and it should work.

Still won't accept my photo. It's within the size requirements but after I press save it doesn't work.
