Are wildcards supported on search?

I am trying to find specific registrations that start with TI- (costa rica). The search tool only returns results if you type the whole reg.

Is there any method to find registrations (using the registration field) by their first letters?

To answer your questions: no and no.
I believe this has already been reported several years ago, but the owners/developers are not able/willing to solve this.
