Captcha Cloudflare on Anet

Can someone please help, as every time
I try and view my images on Anet, I get
a cloudfare captcha? This has only happened in the past few days. I’ve carried out virus and malware checks on my pc and they are free from anything

It’s not my IP address as someone else with a different IP also can’t view my images on ANET without the Cloudflare Captcha?

This only happens on the ANET search and looking my images addresses?

As mentioned before up to a few days ago everything worked fine.

I am a moderator, so not an expert on that subject, but there was an issue a few days ago, maybe it caused the current issues you are having as well. Let's wait and see. I provided a link to that thread, so maybe you will be asked to provide additional information.

2-3 days ago the site crashed and wouldn't load or connect. The Captcha started when the site came back online, I suspect it's a by-product of the site crash and the devs are looking into it.

Did you clear the Captcha at least for one time? It seems you have to clear it onece and then it should not be returning and things are back to normal.

Yes I clear the captcha once then it just keeps requesting the captcha again and again, every time I visit ANET, this is obviously quite annoying .

Are ANET anywhere near sorting this issue? Surely others are experiencing the same issue ?

I have forwarded it again, it has been reported, but then it was solved after clearing the Captcha. So you seem to be the only one who reported it.

i have cleared the captcha a dozen times now, and it still comes up every time I do an image search from a new browser tab.

I’m still encountering the captcha issue, on my main pc and iPhone .

Is it only a few people I wonder experiencing this ?

We are aware of the captcha issues and ask you understand that due to factors we can't control they're currently required to reduce the disruptions first reported in this thread.

It's constantly being monitored and we hope to reduce the frequency of them when circumstances permit

Thanks for the update.

I appreciate that you are trying to sort this issue out, but if it continues some people, customers, up loaders etc…won’t have the inclination to keep on clicking trucks and airplanes continually to use and get to the site!

Why has this captcha problem only occurred recently? I’ve been using ANET for many years and this is the first time I can think of that this has happened?

It'd be nice if we, as users, had some background info on why this inconvenience was necessary. I'm a registered user, I'm logged in, and I'm not clicking through a Captcha 100 times, 10 times or 1 time to simply look at airplane photos.

OK I've been patient up to this point. Until this captcha issue is resolved I won't be up-loading or using the site, this is a shame as I've been loyal to ANET for many years, but I'm not prepared (like unttendedbag) or have the time to keep clicking planes and trucks to get to the site, it's very tedious!

Please can we have some sort of update and some background information why this has happened, this seems lacking at the moment?
