Enough said, isn't it about time we changed the name of this historic city of Ukraine as it should be called?? Why is it still 'Kiev' here even after five months this monstrosity began??

The only thing that is pathetic is your baseless accusations.
We are not siding with the Russians by deleting pro Ukrainian posts, that is just ridiculous. If you have proof of what you are claiming by all means provide it otherwise your claims are baseless
Now to point out the obvious, posts are deleted because they do not follow the rules of this site, we do not take sides on issues, we moderate via the rules of the site

An American of Ukrainian descent here---I still call if Kiev, just like I still call Beijing, Peking and Mumbai, Bombay. Old habits die hard. It's a trivial complaint.

How do you expect us to change it? We're forum moderators. We don't get to change things on the site. The developers can, but they're basically only here to fix things when they break. Don't accuse us of being pro or anti anything if you don't understand the situation. This is the second post that you've made that is unnecessarily accusatory, when all you had to do was just ask.
Also, we're not deleting anything that's pro-Ukrainian; we only remove posts when they violate the forum rules. A few weeks ago we were accused of inciting violence against Russians for allowing anti-Russian posts to stay up, so that sort of spoils your argument.
If you're not going to engage in a respectful discussion with us, and instead want to come after us with ridiculous accusations or expect us to do things we simply can't do, then please just save the bandwidth and don't bother...especially when you're accusing us again of being something we're not. I'm certainly not going to waste my efforts further with someone who isn't even participating on these forums except to lob accusations at us. We aren't faceless robots — we are actually people, and we volunteer our time here for the benefit of the site, so maybe keep that in mind before your next rant.

This is the stupidest thing I've read in a long time. What's next, an outrage over "Chicken Kiev". This is about as dumb as people wanting to change french fries to freedom fries during the Iraq war of 2003 which was arguably even more illegal
