SSL error with mobile Brave, Opera

Operating system: iOS, version 16.3.1

Browsers: Opera, and Brave

The issue:I had been able to use Brave to view a.net up until a few days back. Now, I am getting an SSL error. The attached is what I see with Opera, which also is not working. Firefox and the ever-dreadful Safari are working.

Is there some setting or another I need to tweak? Thank you.

I see ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH on airliners.net homepage link held in cache but the forums are still available and can navigate back to homepage so probably a browser issue which I am not interested in diagnosing.
Chromebook.
Clear cache is usual first suggestion

ssl config on site is OK according to https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/index.html

Now, I am getting an error on my computer. Mac mini M1, Ventura 13.2.1, and the browser is Vivaldi. What is going on?

Getting the same when using https://airliners.net in Chrome/Android, but not when using https://www.airliners.net

I just checked in Chrome and that worked fine on MacOS 13.2.1, also in Firefox too.

the version without www redirects me to the www version and no certificate error.
