Boeing Shipping Narrowbodies To Far Away Countries
How does Boeing ship like 737s to Australia. They obviously don't have that kind of range. How do they get them there?

A combination of ways.
First, there are dedicated refueling points. In your example above, that may be Anchorage, Siberia, Japan, Guam, Papau New Guinea, etc.
The planes can be fitted with fuel tanks for extra range. Plus, since they're carrying virtually no pax, the planes are lighter and can fly farther anyway.

I think it is this months Airliners magazine has pictures of the new Hawaiian 717 with the extra internal fuel tanks in the passenger cabin. they fly nonstop from Long Beach to Honolulu.

The current issue of Airliner World has a story about Boeing delivering a B-717 to Impulse of Australia. The jet flew Long Beach-Dayton-Goose Bay-Keflavik-Europe-Cairo-Oman-Sri Lanka-Singapore-Australia.

Well, there are few refueling stations on the Pacific for such a long range.

They preferred to fly this long route because of poor weather conditions on the usual route.
That's why they decided to do the delivery flight via Europe, instead of via Alaska...

On a slightly related note, who pays for these delivery flights? The airlines? And are they crewed with airline crew or Boeing crew?

I'm not sure who pays for the delivery flights (although I think that, eventually, the customer does), but concerning the crews, it all depends on the habits of both the constructor and the customer. For instance, sometimes customers may wish to fly the delivery flight all the way with a crew of their own, but, if they like, I think a Boeing crew could fly the aircraft to its destination.
Concerning the B717 delivery flight, discussed in Airliner World, a Boeing crew flew about 2/3 of the sectors of the delivry flight, and from then on, Impulse pilots took over, and flew the aircraft to its destination.
