I sat on the last row and when the FA arrived she extensively excused herself for dropping the last (my) meal in the galley. She fixed my some Frankfurters instead and smuggled a bottle of wine in my hand luggage. What’s the most remarkable service recovery you received to this date ? What do you think would be the smartest (affordable / practical) thing an airline could do ?
