Another round of severe storms moving through NYC right now. Won't help things. JFK reporting a delay of 330 minutes.

The OP has a winner! FlightAware shows LGA, EWR and JFK as #1, #2, and #3 in flight cancellation/delay counts both by origin and destination airports for Friday, 7/1. EWR drew the largest combined fraction for cancel/delay.
