I feel like they just got new uni's. Hmm I think the designers were trying to go for a VX type uniform with a spice of DL and the new brand. I'm not sure how I feel about the plain red dress, I don't find red to be as much of a primary WN color, not as much as blue anyway. I just don't feel like it represents the brand that much? I like the dress just not sure if it's the right company for it.

I guess they're slowly becoming more of a legacy-lite all the time.... The cabin looks amazing though!
Great Lakes, great life.

Actually, there is no red dress. Just a black one with blue & red and a gray one with black & red. And the shirts/blouses that look light blue are actually blue & white gingham ~

There will still be a shorts option but they're charcoal and a bit dressier. The polo shirts are red. And supposedly sneakers are out ~

Nice cabin! It has a very sleek look, but... those uniforms don't look very Southwest-ish, more like a legacy carrier... I'd think Virgin Atlantic, Delta, UA etc if I saw them walking down an airport terminal... although I think I did see one that was casual or was that an airport agent uniform?

I like the new livery. The uniforms are ok. I flew the new interior colors a day ago (I assume those blue seats already in the fleet are the new interior and not some recover job?). The look is ok but I think I slightly prefer the Evolve two tone colors. The blue seat I sat in seemed overfirm and had a taller bottom cushion than the Evolves. I didn't find it as comfortable. Hopefully this is a break-in issue and not the way it will always be.

The red keeps reminding me of Delta.

Why can't they distinguish themselves by using something other than blue seat covers? Why not maroon or olive green?

Have you never seen the outside of a Southwest Airlines jet? Or the boarding area? Or the logo? Or the website? Blue, blue, blue, blue, yellow, and red.

Welcome to the world of slimeline seats. Uncomfortable as hell, but with a money-printing guarantee for the airline.
