I think there are a dozen or so mainline aircraft and quite a lot of Dash 8s still in the old-old livery.

B738: VXM, VYD-VYL

There is a paint facility in TSV, that's where Retro Roo 2 VHVXQ was resprayed.
Qantas have an aggressive timeline to have entire fleet in the new scheme by 2020!
