Does anyone know why there is a missing centre isle seat just aft of the wings on the A380?

I believe it's where the crew access the underfloor rest area. It appears that LH don't have it.

{checkmark} yup that's what it is. The main entrance is in with the toilets at door 4.
Some airlines charge extra for the seat behind it that has extra leg room as a result.
