I wander how much money Boeing makes on providing various services to Ryan, they sure did not make any money on the sale.

As far as I recall, a very large order was placed succeeding 9/11 and during the aviation slump as a result.
Ryanair helped keep Boeing's 737 line open, and I'm sure Boeing would have been more than happy to take a slight hit on profits for that alone.

Common story is that Ryanair were using some of their cheap 800s hard for a few years, then on selling them at a profit. I haven't seen any particular examples just rumours so I can't vouch for the accuracy. Could just be an aviation industry urban legend.

The latest Ryanair 737s are from the more recent order (2013), not the one where MOL 'raped Boeing on price'.

Of the 450 they've ordered, around 70 have been sold on, so their current fleet is around 380 frames.

Yes, that's true. But some would also say that they have lower the overall quality of the airlines services.
Nowadays, Lufthansa asks me to pay a fee for booking in advance my preferred seat in economy for long haul flights (Riyadh-Frankfort) ... I think it's a pity while on the other hand, I can pre-book my seat (for free) for the following domestic flight!

Right. Well, that kind of proves your wrong. Ryanair don't do long haul yet you were charged to assign a seat on long haul. Ryanair do fly short haul and you were able to select a seat for free on shorthaul?
Other airlines have a choice to differentiate themselves and to have the bells and 'you know whats' that Ryanair doesn't and they have a choice to charge a premium. Time and time again people vote with their wallets. Ryanair is simply allowing them to pay for the things they want.

if Boeing was struggling at the time, they would not have taken a loss on the Ryanair order. There's money to be made somewhere in the deal.
Don't put all the blame on Ryanair for the decline in service quality. Legacy airlines are going downhill as fast as they can to squeeze more sardines in the can and charging for everything but Oxygen.
