First, have all 757s been delivered or are there more to come, if so, how many? What is the time frame for the phase out of the MD-10s? As far as the new 767s I count 16 more to be delivered. Is this correct for the current orders?

FedEx still have 69 new 767Fs left to be delivered per Boeing's website as of end of the month February. One or two may have been delivered this month.

39 have been delivered + FedEx has several 2nd hand ones.

According to Wikipedia, all the DC/MD-10s will be phased out by 2020 and replaced by Boeing 767s. All the Airbus 300s will be replaced, but some of them are only 10 years old, so they may linger a while longer. The oldest MD-11s will be retired, but the newer ones will remain in the fleet.

FedEx has 44 767s in the fleet total, that's the 39 you referenced plus 5 on longterm lease. 2 were delivered this month. Averaging one per month new deliveries.

757 deliveries are complete, no more are planned. 116 total.

Didn't Fed-Ex take something like 50 UA 757's? Does anyone know how many were bought just for 'parts?'
