What year did BA say goodbye to the B737 ?
Flew on them often just wondered what the last route was and when. Tried Wiki and the BAsouce but no joy.

There are still B737s flying in BA colours in South Africa under the Comair franchise arrangement. I realise this is not really what the OP had in mind but I thought someone would say it so it might as well be me

They quietly went out of service with very little fanfare in 2015, the cynic in me suspects this might have been something to do with them ending their days at LGW.
Compare this to the fuss that was made over the 757 with special livery etc.

Not in BA colours, but 737s were flying last year on BA services from JetTime and Titan. BA used the JetTime one on lease and the Titan fleet filling in, for extra lift mostly on domestic flights.

Again probably not what the OP is looking for but BA announced in February 2016 that it would wet leased two 737 700s from Jet Time of Denmark for the entire 2016 Summer Season.
On a weekday one operated LHR-GLA-LHR (BA1474/79). LHR-CPH-LHR (BA616/17) and LHR-CPH (BA822). Meanwhile the other operated CPH-LHR (BA811), LHR-EDI-LHR (BA438/43), LHR-ABZ-LHR (BA312/13) and LHR-GLA-LHR (BA1486/93).
So the last time a 737 operated a planned scheduled flight for BA at either LHR or LGW was when OY-JTY landed at LHR on 29 October 2016 at 16:47 BST operating CPH-LHR (BA917). Both aircraft positioned back to CPH in the late afternoon of 29 October both using BAW call signs.

Although there was no special livery applied to any of the 737s there was a special farewell flight for LGW based staff that took off from Gatwick and flew along the south coast towards Southampton and around the Isle of Wight and along the English Channel, there is a video of it on YouTube.

One of the 737-436s are actually back on the uk register after cargo conversion and can be seen flying most nights on the Royal Mail contract.

I assume you're referring to G-DOCY, now G-POWP.
