I'm trying to figure out who may be behind the current unidentified 777 orders.

The order for 10 and 5 777-300/ERs are by Saudi Ministry of Finance judging by the Boeing customer code. Most of them have already been delivered but for some reason they are still listed as unidentified.

What about the rest ?

There's another 1 77F ordered on 2/1/17 that's listed as unidentified too.

There is a Turkish Cargo 777F in the firing order.

Do you have a link to the latest firing order list please ?

No, the firing order will have L/Ns and C/Ns and with allocated registrations for about a year out......

Much more detailed than Planepotters....but it's a proprietary list to Boeing so not easy to get hold of......

Very unusual with Unidentified orders still being listed as such even after delivery.....ie the SV 77Fs and most of the 77Ws for SV.

Isn't the order from Boeing Business Jet from 31Oct14 for 2 77Ws for the JASDF ? SV has already taken 13 and one more to be delivered shortly which would make it 14. I would guess they would get one more for the 10 + 5 orders.

I honestly don't know enough about the respective deals to say why they remain Unidentified. In another thread (I believe yours?) regarding the SV 77F's and 748F's temporarily being parked, boefan mentioned the Saudi MoF deals are a lot more complicated than usual. So who knows.

As to listing them the way I did - that is based on the fact that Boeing still lists the 2 BBJ orders as undelivered. Both JASDF frames have now been delivered to the outfitters, 1 last summer and the other this Spring. Being government frames, it's possible they are not 'officially' delivered yet. But all other BBJ's show as 'delivered' by BCA, even when just delivered to the outfitter.

I can understand the JASDF frames. I can even understand the Saudi MoF frames. What I really don't get is why 2 787-9's for United have now been delivered as Unidentified. That makes no sense to me.

It's also weird the single KL 777-300ER hasn't been identified yet. I'm pretty sure you are correct with that one, KL's final 777 on order will be PH-BVU, it's a direct purchase, not leased, and should be delivered in a few months.

That's not so weird - it has not been delivered yet. It's when the frame is delivered as 'Unidentified' that I don't understand.
