Philippine Airlines SJU-SFO

I just noticed on FR24 that there is a Philippine Airlines A340-300 that just took off from SJU nonstop to SFO. Anyone know about this flight ? Is it humanitarian/charter flight ? It's flight 8115 .Reg RP-C3438 . Thanks !

Talk about bad timing, they went through Irma and then had to go through Maria in PR. I am assuming most of those Filipinos worked in thr cruising industry?

Most likely, I don't see a better reason for Filipinos to be in PR.
