Anything from ISP, MHT, or BDL?

This article vaguely hints at STL-IND by saying WN wants to expand in short hop midwestern routes after discussing the new STL-CLE route.

knope2001 wrote:Looks like Flint bites the dust with this schedule. GRR and GSP (two other routes which went to short-hub hub-feed flights the same tine Flint did) are still there.
Wichita might be in trouble -- flights all show "sold out" with the new schedule. I've never seen Southwest have that before -- usually flights are there and for sale or gone. Seems like a glitch but we'll see if the fix adds available seats to those flights or removes the flights (and thus ICT).
EDIT
Wichita has capacity for sale now. I tried multiple markets / multiple days and everything was sold out 15 minutes ago. All appears normal now. So far Flint is the only drop I'm finding.

SteveXC500 wrote:I did some more digging at the MSP adds. DAL is Sunday-only. Seems strange.
OAK does not start until mid-July, instead of June. Is this when Hawaii will start up? Arrival in to OAK is 9:35 AM.
Edit: Did a search of all available MSP city pairs for 7/18/18 to match up where flights arrive from and depart to. I have a gap in all the MSP flights. WN159 arrives from MDW at 16:20. However, it does not turn out of MSP (basis 35-45 minute turns, matching flight #'s, etc within the MSP schedule). So, perhaps a flight is missing. I could speculate DAL did not load correctly (not really a Sunday only) and should turn out of MSP at 16:55, arriving DAL 19:25. Turn back at 20:00 and RON. I'm missing a RON flight in the schedule too. I show six flights which RON and the MSP-OAK flight does not have a flight arriving to match up at 7:35AM.

The only announcement was that WN will start selling HI flights in 2018. Never any indication of when service will start.
SteveXC500 wrote:I am guessing this is due to aircraft availability and not due to Hawaii.I think this is why MSP has a flight to OAK but the flight does not start with the earliest date (June 7th) in this current extension. Rather, it starts mid-July.

SFO-SNA reduced from 6 to 3...is this the only intra California market where Alaska has more frequency than Southwest now?
Both SNA and SAN to SJD are showing as exited
LAX to CUN and PVR are showing as exited
WNflyer1523 wrote:It seems that markets like GSP and RIC are hanging on by the hairs on their head. The same could be said for FNT, and this morning they unfortunately joined the small list of cities/airports that WN has ever terminated.
I’m happy that ISP got some more flights, anyone know what it’s like at MHT?
