KLM no longer flies daily B747-400 to HKG?

I remember KLM had double daily B747-400 flights between HKG and AMS. When did the second daily flights end?

From what I see KLM no longer fly daily B747-400 between HKG and AMS. Some flights are operated by the B777-200ER. What days of the week do they use the B747-400?

I have not seen anything other than the 744 here, nor has there been more than daily for a while. But I'm only able to look out my apartment window a few days a month and all weekends. It would make sense that the route would go 772 or 773 as the 744 fades away. It's one of the few European flights which is daytime from HKG, so easy to spot. Finnair has been double daily at least a few days a week.

Same here but the flight timetable shows otherwise.

Can anyone tell me which are the B747-400 flights?

Indeed no daily 747 anymore it's a mix of 777 and 747. I'll try to look up what days the both operate.
Flying blue only if possible

AFAIK they never had twice daily passenger flights between AMS and HKG. It could be twice daily if you would have counted their cargo flights, but twice daily passenger flights???

I don't remember they have ever operated double daily 744 either. But did a little search according to flight aware last week it seems to be pure 744. Though tomorrow it would be a 772 so just a mixture of the two.

Amsterdam – Hong Kong 3 of 7 weekly operated by 777-200ER (Day 136 from AMS, Day 247 from HKG), replacing 747-400COMBI

Amsterdam – Hong Kong 3 of 7 weekly service continue to be served by 777-200ER (to be introduced from 29OCT17), instead of 787-9, replacing 747-400COMBI

I looked at booking a flight from November 1st and the 777 flies on: Wednesday, Saturday, Monday.

The 747 flies on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

Double daily?? Not in the last 30 years.
737-300/400/500 ... are NOT classics :)
