Are Anti-icing or de-icing vehicle called "elephants"?
If not, then is there any specific name or just "de-icing vehicle?

Thanks

Never heard of one being called and elephant. I have seen some named "ICEMAN" followed by a number. I believe WN uses this naming convention but not sure if any other airlines do.

"Elephant" is just model or brand name de-icing truck made by Vestergaard. There are many other kinds of de-icing vehicles as well. At AC where I work, we have de-icing trucks made by Global Ground Support. There are other manufacturers like Tempest, Scania, JBT Aerotech, ETC.
As for the term "ICEMAN", this is usually the person/controller of the de-icing facility or de-ice pad. It's not generally a company.
