Four I can think of are:
ISP-PBI - Southwest
BDL-PBI (Seasonal) - Southwest
PVD-MSY (Seasonal) - Frontier
JMS (Jamestown, ND) - DVL (Devils Lake, ND) - United Express
The last route always confuses me. Why would they have a route between 2 small cities most of us have likely never heard of in North Dakota?? Look it up if you don't believe me. And it's 1x daily, I'd be surprised if they got more than 10 passengers on each flight.

However, I think there are at least two roundtrips a day from DEN to each airport, one with JMS first and one with DVL first. The point is to carry passengers from each city to DEN, not to connect JMS with DVL. I think combining small cities like this is quite common with EAS.

Haha, "Connect in BUF," that is nonrev logic if I ever heard nonrev logic. Good addition!

Wanted to see it for myself and surprisingly around 1.5 pax per day fly BOS-BUF-LAX with an average fare of $286, who knew...

I'm intrigued, how does one go about finding that data?

Well Southwest is a point-to-point airline, so all of their routes are going to be "point-to-point".
