Does Turkey have a limit of 49% foreign ownership in airlines? Why else would W6 be content with not being in full control by having less than 50%? Does Hungarian count as foreign in Turkey, or merely north-Turkish?

Who would own the other 51% if the previous owner is, supposedly, dead, or at least wanted? And what is the legal status of BoraJet? Liquidated? In the equivalent of US Chapter 11 receivership?....
