Do we know when any of the specialty planes will be due for a repaint? I’ve seen a few pics of the “Salmon Thirty Salmon” 800 and the paint still looks good from a distance.

I don't know the schedule but it was announced that the Cars themed plane is going in to be repainted soon, in it's place a Toy Story 4 plane is going to be coming online in June. At first glance I thought maybe they would use the same plane but after reading the article again I'm not sure that is for sure yet.

The Cars livery (570AS) has already been repainted, and is now the second veterans jet

For those who aren't aware, this is the former N737X, the prototype 737-900. It's unable to have winglets installed. I'll miss seeing it in the old livery - it was the closest looking thing we had to the -400s now that they're gone.

Interesting to see quite a few B739s still have old colors.
So that adds around $7 million, number is from 2106, back into the operation by not having to pay Sir Richard for the licensing fee for the VX name. Although they might have to pay until the take the VX name off the engines on the 3 more to love liveries.
The two Airbus More To Love aircraft never had the Virgin titles on the engine cowl. The More To Love 737 Virgin titles were schedule to be remove this month.

It must have required a full repaint of the engines given the amount of time spent there. Too bad they didn't have the foresight to use a decal, but at least they kept the livery.
On another note, I was in Seattle last week and noticed most of the 737s still have the Proudly All Boeing marks on the nose. They wouldn't still be putting this on newly painted 737s, would they? These must have been aircraft painted before the Airbus fleet.

Yes. New delivered 737’s still say it. Here’s a link to the last delivery.

And in fairness, that aircraft IS proudly all Boeing...

I wondered why it took so long. That explains it.
