A320 (ceo+neo) deliveries have touched 60 in October. Is this a record for number of deliveries in a month?

The record is December 2017 with around 100 A320 family frames.

The biggest month this year so far is June with 67.

The A319 on the assembly line is that of msn8612, is it ACJ then? It will be with CFM engines.
And we also have on the assembly line another A320neoACJ, msn8638 that is from Comlux.

That's the one. Not sure of engines. I haven't seen parts for 8638 just yet.

The first BA was NEOP (8459) but now it seems NEOR (8526) here is first. Any news on the former?

Also, subject to change, both G-NEOR (1st? 321N) and G-TTNG (7th 320N) are due delivery 8th Nov this week.

Is this the first LR for any airline?

It will be interesting to see the routes they get used on and how often the LR is actually required.

The aircraft was originally NTU by Tianjin Airlines, don’t know if it’s referencinn that or if Spirit also didn’t take this frame.

This is all that I could find on this. It looks like it was originally registered F-WXAW, then re-registered D-AXAR, then re-registered F-WXAW again and flown from XFW>TLS two days ago. All very strange!

Spirit takes likely no Ex-Tianjin this year anymore. They are/will be delivered to leasing company and will likely taken up by Spirit next year. 3 others are already delivered to Aercap but did not flew out.
I guess they will take this year up MSN 8668 and MSN 8658. All 5 Ex-Tianjin will not fly out this year.

Much wow that there is a 30% fuel burn per seat advantage.

Airbus seems to have reached at least 560 delivered A320 family frames this year. That is passed the record deliveries of 558 last year. It includes 248 A320neo and 89 A321neo delivered and flown out. Quite a bit of December left to improve on those numbers.

Does anyone know why the first-built A321neo for VN, MSN 8501, VN-A616, and which was photographed with engines installed on 15th September, hasn't even had its first flight yet? Two later MSNs, 8545 and 8589, VN-A617 and VN-A618 respectively, were both delivered last month. When you add the reg #s 6+1+6 =13, I know that's unlucky as they don't use the #13 in elevators for example! So I wonder if perhaps the reg will be changed before delivery?

I was just checking out B6/JBU’s delivery schedule and hoping someone could point me to whether their first A21N frame(s) are already on the line at XFW/BFM? I know their first neo delivery is set for sometime in 2019 but I figured someone here could help narrow it down for me. The B6 end of year video featured a tease of JFK-LH with a bold R on the next slide. Y/T link attached below. And a Merry Christmas to all!

I would recommend planespotters. But there are no A320neo for TK listed. TK is taking A321neo as it is.
