How many CM flights have MGA as final destination? I know that some flights either continue to GUA or make a stop at SJO.

Maybe or maybe not. As the prices from PTY at CM are quite high (it is cheaper to start from SJO or some other destinations via PTY than starting from PTY).
Everything depends on the price, as NK may be focused on the lower price band.
