Alaska unveils Incredibles II promotional livery

Alaska has put a pretty good-looking ad on N519AS. Certainly a step back from their other special liveries, but I don't think it looks that bad. I wonder how long they'll keep it around.

Looks pretty nice
I reckon that it would look better if the Alaska logo colours and titles were also red and shades of red to match the incredibles suits and the theme.

It looks like a removable sticker. The tweet references an "incredible summer." I don't suspect the stickers will see December.

I'd be fine with that.

Yeah they are temporary decals that will be removed when the promotion is over like they did with the Mariners anniversary last year

I like it, but why is that false statement still on the nose?

There are always naysayers on here. Probably yet another anti-Alaska person. Oh well.

I generally find Alaska's special liveries silly and unnecessary although I understand many people find them fun and interesting. I suppose if you're going to incorporate an advertisement for a children's Pixar film into your livery then this is the way to do it.

Hey guys,
It's okay. I prefer it to the QF 'Planes' special livery from a few years ago.
To me it seems that Alaska is pumping out more promo/special liveries and faster than any other airline at the moment. Some are hits ('More to Love') and some are misses (that SF Giants one) in my view. This is okay : neither here nor there!
Cheers,

That's your opinion, but there are a lot of "Disney loving adults" that would take exception to your statement.

My definition of "tacky" would be the Frozen Westjet 737 and the recently unveiled China Eastern Toy Story jet, that have interiors to match the paint scheme (the Toy Story one in particular is.... ugh). Decals on the outside are harmless, and Disney promotional liveries are nothing new - see Qantas's "Planes" 767, Alaska's Disneyland schemes, Westjet and LATAM's Disney World planes. If you feel uncomfortable or embarrassed boarding a plane because it has a Disney logo on the side... I'm not sure what help to offer you.

The Tinkerbell 737-400 had Disney decals inside as well.

There are tons of Disney adults...Disney would not be around if everyone thought going to and enjoying Disney was weird. More people think that Avgeeks are weird than Disney.

No the 50th Anniversary Disney theme was the way to do it.
