Does FedEx operate in LGA ? Specifically the MD-11F.

As far as I'm aware, LGA doesn't have any dedicated cargo airlines operating there (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
As for an MD-11 landing at the airport, the runway length at LGA would likely be too small for an MD-11 to successfully take off or land there. Both of LGA's runway lengths appear to be 7,000 feet long, and I'm pretty sure an MD-11 would need more than that.

Not in any scheduled service. Plenty of DC10s did though.

An M11 going to the likes of MEM would have no difficulty whatsoever landing or taking off at LGA.
Not that they'd need to, as they already have major ops at EWR, and also service at JFK.

No FedEx ramp at LGA. Operation at JFK but relatively small, as vast majority of regional ops are centered at the EWR hub.

Ironically, If you receieve a package from Fed Ex in NYC it likely says “LGA.” They use partner airlines to fly packages in

I do remember seeing a Fed Ex 727 landing at LGA. in the 70's.

Interesting. Do you remember where they parked? In my many years of in and out of LGA, I don't recall ever seeing a Fedex jet there.

That is not so. FedEx stations handle delivery to the recipient, and the destination station ID of the package is printed on the shipping label. It is a four-letter code, with the last letter being A and the first three being taken from the airport code of a nearby airport.
So, a NYC-bound package may have LGAA printed on it because that station is handling delivery. But, it would have been routed through either the EWR or JFK ramp.

For a while, FedEx flew a similar routing, DCA-IAD on the 757.

Looks like 13 to me... that turn plus the brief view of the Marina and the GCP.

They parked on the west side in the general aviation area,then unloaded packages onto trucks. The plane would land around 6AM then depart 7AM for ALB. I know this because I would monitor ATC.
