Honestly, I would be surprised at this point if the first A35Ks even got LA paint fresh out of TLS. Their last two A359s have been painted directly into another carrier's scheme, as they're subleasing the frames (I think it's to Tianjin Airlines?).
Actually LA didn't sublease these frames. They transfered those slots - 226 & 245 - to get a later delivery, they even said these aircrafts weren't supposed to be delivered by the time they were ready. Clever move, in my point of view. JJ received its 8th A359 (PR-XTH) in the beggining of april and had been stored in CNF for more than a month, and just starded revenue flights 3 days ago.
I trully doubt it they'll give up on A35K orders. As sad as it is, they'll replace their 9 77W with these A35K by 2022 for sure.
