According to Airlineroute, SQ's gradually going 10x weekly non-stop on SIN-LAX:
Initially service commences on 02NOV18 with 4 weekly flights (SQ038/037), increasing to 7 weekly from 12NOV18, 10 weekly from 07DEC18 (SQ036/035).
Planned schedule from 12NOV18 as follows.

SQ038 SIN2045 – 1955LAX 359 D
SQ035 LAX0915 – 1905+1SIN 359 357
SQ037 LAX2225 – 0815+2SIN 359 D
SQ8/7's ICN-LAX is gone from 1 Dec:
From 01DEC18, the airline will cancel Singapore – Seoul Incheon – Los Angeles route. Singapore – Seoul Incheon will be kept at 4 daily level as SQ008/007 replaced by SQ612/611.

Additionally, the Star Alliance member will expand nonstop Singapore – San Francisco service from 7 to 10 weekly from 28NOV18. The new SQ034/033 will be operated by A350-900ULR, while existing SQ032/031 continues with A350-900XWB.

Thought it was an interesting development as this basically consumes 6 of the 7 ULRs on order already, leaving little room for any further expansions to other destinations as previously hinted.
