That's a significant improvement on the final product. The small titles make the livery look unfinished. I'm afraid that the rest of it isn't much good either; the light purple swoosh stops very abruptly as soon as it reaches the tail, while the dark purple swoosh is a very awkward shape. The scheme certainly doesn't flow and it doesn't look complete. Regardless, this entire exercise (coming so soon after the introduction of the last livery) implies a deep-rooted lack of identity and direction at the company - that's my main takeaway from this.
