First Sukhoi SSJ operator in Middle East

Lebanese start-up carrier Alexcina Airways is planning to start taking delivery of Russian-made Superjet 100 (SSJ100) regional jets in the first quarter of 2019 (souce rusaviainsider).

Hard to tell if this is fake news or fake airline. There's nothing official indicating that they have a license to operate in Lebanon, which I am very skeptical they do. Even W7 was not successful in running regular flights despite a busy summer with a lot of regional tourist destination flights.
There will come a time when you believe everything is finished - that will be the beginning.

There's already a very successful startup in Russia with an all SSJ100 fleet called Azimuth, of course outside of Russia might provr to be more challenging.
