Yes, by measurement IndiGo has even bigger when they place the order for 430 A320neo (specific). AirAsia only placed an order for 264.

For A320ceo
IndiGo initial order was 100 in 2015.
Additional 30 order in 2011.

AirAsia initial order was 60 in 2005.
Additional 40 aircraft in 2006.
Another 75 aircraft in 2007.
Another 36 in 2012.
Lastly, 14 in 2017.

For A320neo
IndiGo initial order was 180 in 2011.
Another 250 in 2014.

AirAsia initial order was 200 in 2011,
Another 64 in 2012

For A321neo
IndiGo initial order was 25 in 2011. Then converted 125 Airbus A320neos on order to same amount of A321neos in 2018.
AirAsia initial order was 100 in 2016.

Yes, I guess so too. At this rate, 6E will gobbled down almost every pre-owned QR A32ceo. They returned some to TR, took in few more too. They are now operating all four ex-BI A320ceo as well. They are in competition with Laudamotion for airframe now.

Why haven't they inducted any A321Neo's since so many months? They just took one till now. Would have been perfect to absorb all the excess demand from groundings of all other airline's flights due to various reasons, including their own with pilot shortage.
