This is fantastic news!

Will they keep MSP now? Southwest starting Denver played into this.

Now, where's Boston?

Very excited about the SLC add for Memphis and an A319 also! Would have expected an E175 or CR9, but I think it should do fine.

Love to see G4 growth of new routes, they aren't taking away from other carriers but rather stimulating new air traffic!

Very surprised that they started Punta Gorda instead of Sarasota. I regularly fly MEM-SRQ and the amount of people flying the route on Delta is surprising.

Yes this will increase west coast connectivity on DL, hopefully with all the connections at SLC they can eventually increase the frequency.

Seems all the Boston capacity is being thrown at AUS-BOS, that route went from 2x B6 320, 1x DL 320, 1x WN 738 last summer to 3x B6 320, 2x DL 320, 2x AA 738, 1x WN 738, doubling the number of seats.

Not the clout of BNA but a decent option. It has a decent spread (about the same # of destinations as each legacy). I know this from friends I've talked to; I'm a St. Louisan, and WN has a lot of clout up here.

On Thursday,12 Dec looking out the window, I saw that vertical steel was up from the B terminal to gate B8 and some horizontal steel was up from the B terminal to gate B1.

They are my preferred airline for personal travel. I've rarely had a problem with them - few if any major delays, efficient boarding process, friendly service. Count me as a fan of the no seat assignment/numbered boarding process. I've always worried about getting stuck with the middle seat but that never seems to happen. And I also never have a problem with overhead bin space - don't know how much of that is from no bag fees, of if WN has a higher share of vacation passengers vs. short business trips.

Good move by DL and I'm not surprised this flight has returned, considering all the traffic into DEN on WN, UA and F9.

Looks like it's another overnight a/c at MEM. With a 12:35am arrival, it should be the last flight in. I believe this will be 8 RON for DL, unless they cut or reschedule something.

AA's seasonal service to LAX started this morning, I'll be interested to see the load factor numbers. Hopefully they're good enough for them to consider making it year-round, the more west coast options the better.

The first flight supposedly full, lol.

If this goes year round, I suspect it will be back around May or June. Maybe this is why Delta added SLC with an A319, potentially pulling the LAX nonstops in response. I would like to think it was to better serve the West Coast and PacNW business traffic(Nike, William's Sonoma, and now Amazon with it's all of a sudden DC growth in the Memphis area) but who knows.
