-wipe the behind of a pax of size because he claimed he could not reach back their due to injuries. During the wiping, he kept moaning and saying "hmm, deeper, deeper" and the flight attendant felt extremely violated (the man became enraged when she refused at first, the Chief Purser and the FA ended up doing the wiping after some back and forth)
-The man questioned after the wiping whether or not they had even properly cleaned him and yelled at them over it
-He was seated in Y but was given access to the J bathroom because of his size (the J one is larger than a normal stall, it can fit a whole wheelchair+another person)
-help him remove his pants and underwear in the lav, where he then pulled out his genitals for the FAs to see
-watch him use the restroom as he demanded the door be kept open so he does not feel claustrophobic.

Upon arrival in TPE, male staffers escorted the man to the restroom, where he said he could go himself and did not need their help. The pax has reportedly had many write-ups about his behavior but it has largely been ignored by BR mgmt. because he is a frequent flyer.

Mgmt. said his requests are unreasonable but the flight attendant could've and should've said no. They refused to comment on whether or not they would blacklist him and said they are investigating whether or not their was any sexual harassment. Meanwhile, they will provide "support" for the FA.

I don't think that's true. He was allowed in the first class bathroom because of size and disability. He needed "help" because of disability (and probably size). These two facts (size and disability) help explain the story.

No one said "disabled people are creeps" or "big people are creeps". But for this story ... those facts help us understand the events.

This is why if you can't go toilet alone then you're not flying. Keep it simple and it avoids nonsense like this. If you want wiped thoroughly then bring a carer with you. Cabin crew are not there to wipe bums. My airline will quite happily deliver you to a toilet via the cabin chair but you're (quite rightly) on your own once you're in the toilet.

Really So he is disabled & makes comments of a sexual nature when it is a female FA. But needs no assistance in the airport when it is male employees. And tells them he does not need help. Thats a sad man using his disability to sexually harass a woman. And before anyone responds back. I worked as a home nurse for disabled people for over 10 years. What he did would get him warned & written up. with notice of termination of care if it continued. And the female attendant/nurse would be reassigned & a male put in their place.
A male FA should have to help him from now on.

Absolutely shocking to say the least. Anyone ID'd the guy yet? I would like to know what his deal is - Sexual gratification? He has not done himself any favours at all, can't claim disability since he can clearly go by himself in the presence of male attendants.

Meanwhile, I would like to see BR Management assist the poor FA who clearly, have gone above and beyond what is necessary to provide 5-star service. Also, I would like to see more male flight attendants in Asian carriers, whilst I wouldn't expect male attendants to be wiping any passenger's back passage, with a male presence, it's easier for the crew to say no and be more assertive on what their current role entitles should there be a dispute between flight attendants' actual duties and passengers' fictional expectations like this gentleman's.

If fat is too insulting, my suggestion would be obese or morbidly obese as these are medical terms. But that is largely irrelevant as I am in agreement that the lack of personal accountability and this notion that society should cater to other people's chosen shortcomings is reaching critical mass. Most of the people in my family are obese and it is due to personal choices. That said, there are conditions that can cause runway obesity but I would be surprised to find out that is more often than not the case vs eating/dietary habits.

As others have said, frequent flier or not, there is no way I'd do it. Not sure what employee protections Taiwan has in place but I would be certain that if this was on a US carrier and the FA was fired over it, there would be a wrongful termination lawsuit not long after the main gear hit the pavement.

BR AFAIK is not a company who considers their flight attendants to be outright slaves to passengers (like many Middle Eastern airlines such as QR/EK). Having to do personal care (wiping/cleaning passengers, feeding them, etc) is not at all part of a flight attendant's duties and I'm sure they know that since nobody asks them to do it (except for this man). Secondly, there is no law saying obese or "disabled' passengers are entitled to personal care services from anyone. Disability laws in this case may extend as far as offering the passenger a wheelchair or use of a larger lavatory. There is zero legal requirement for them to have flight attendants or anyone they aren't paying for such services to clean their bodies.

It gets to a point where it's no longer safe for someone to travel because of their body and size, and I say this in a nondiscriminatory way. If you can't properly take care of yourself, you definitely should not being flying alone.

That's plain sick. You don't, size/disability or whatever ask people to help you with your big business. I truly hope he gets on a no flight list with BR.
What that's wrong, in the head, of someone who thinks it's acceptable to ask such a thing from a fellow human is beyond me. Something really wrong with this man's basic values.

With that said, not needing help at airport toilets can be due to size. The toilets aren't ecactly premium space on today's airplanes. I got less than 5% body fat and the toilets are miniscule for me.
Or he can play up a bit to get his upgrade. That he wouldn't be the first who does.

Unfortunately I would also suspect that the man's final destination is either Cambodia, Thailand or The Philippines. The modus operandi makes it my educated guess. The world has a tendency to see some of its creepiest men travel to those destinations.

Sitting in Manila today, I had the dubious pleasure of watching two 60+ white 'whales' wearing well used fake brands T shirts and too short jeans(showing hairy arses) try to ask(35 times so read harass) junior doctors at Manilas premier hospital out.
Thinking they can act to professionals loke they act to the bargirls. No understanding that junior doctors absolutely despise them and are so out of their league it's ridiculous. Makes me feel ashamed as a fellow white man. The number of white trash men in Se Asia is sad.

The toilet that he used was a J toilet designed to fit a whole wheelchair+a caregiver comfortably. It is larger than a normal stall at any restroom.

Being "of size" is nobody's fault. And if it becomes a disability then society needs to provide all the possible care to ensure that the person with that disability can travel safely and comfortably wherever and whenever he/she wants.

Again "society". If you have a disability or a medical condition - please bring in an aide. Be considerate to other passengers around you. Flight crew has 350 other pax to help.

Nearly all disability and LTC insurance policies provide coverage for one. If he is a frequent flier - he certainly can afford such policy (or at least could when he was healthy). If one doesn't take care of their own financial security - it's not "society", an airline or flight attendant fault or problem. Please sit at home in that case.
