Theres another opening pre-tsa where the old tower was in T2

I wonder when airports decided that they don't want anyone to see the planes, unless they are flying on them. It seems to me that they're missing an opportunity to make some money. I remember the "good old days" of the Queens Building and the observation deck at Heathrow. It used to be fun to hang out there and I actually made some good friends with other spotters.
