What IAG should learn from the Swiss

Tue Feb 19, 2019 9:54 pm

In short: national ownership and control are no longer required in order to execute international traffic rights. Instead, a local principal place of business will do. This is obviously accepted by any country where Swiss International and Edelweiss operate.

I am much too lazy to try an exact translation from the Swiss government site But I copied and pasted the document versions in French, German and Italian. All published back in 2012, by the way.

However, it should be noted that the implementation for Switzerland took a couple of years.
