I looked at the Feb3 schedule extension. Most of those were in there. A couple of those were not. What I see in one of the examples is that while there may be a 4th trip on certain days (or maybe the added trip starts on something like Sep15), the total number of departures per month increased by only 9 more in September than August which was probably not enough to qualify as a "new trip" and then I don't think October was filed for the entire month so that didn't qualify either. So basically there was a half trip added in two months because it was either non-daily or it started mid-September and they did not file all of October.
