There were also a few PMUA IAD routes that were canned and never returned such as Moscow and Ghana.

I wouldn't say shifted, not many routes have been cancelled from Newark and flown from IAD. it is more expansion out of IAD (i.e. Lisbon went to 763 (764 this summer) and 752 from IAD, when a few years ago it was just a 757 from EWR).

Some sCO metal went to IAD for TATL routes like IAD-AMS and CDG. Both shifted back up because of diversion issues. Then UA launched later IAD-MAN and DUB and those both stayed on the 757.
