Which ones are those? While it's a nice soundbite that SAA fly routes for political reasons, and certainly has been the case with a handful of routes in the past (e.g. PEK), it's hard to accept that many of their current routes are flown for political purposes. I think it's necessary to distinguish between political interference in the business strategy versus the use of SAA as a mechanism for corruption. The latter is what's killed SAA.
