Changes to flight numbers get such attention, yet the fate of thousands of innocent passengers gets no mention
Then again i suppose aviation as a while as turned passengers into mere numbers!
Guests my ass!
You seem very angry. Please note that Ryanair do not use the term “guests”.
Ppl here do recognize the impact of industrial action. Strikes do raise posting levels.
But as it’s an enthusiast website ppl will focus on the technicalities rather than the more public perception issues. You are welcome of course to join the ranters on thejournal.ie, or the sun.co.uk. You may get more response to your posts there.
As an aside I wonder If “leftbank” means anything to you...............
As regards the A321LRs. Expected plan is that -LRB gets delivered within the next week and is deployed to Shannon. Once delivered the first B757 will be retired from EI/ASL service. (I’m not 100% on the ownership setup on the actual aircraft)
-LRC (MSN 8965) is due for delivery in mid/late September. Not 100% sure how this will impact operations, I think it will a direct replacement on DUB-PHL.
-LRD (St.Finbar MSN 9187) due for delivery late October to permit DUB-IAD to switch to A321LR from Oct 29th.
This info is based on a trawl of the website timetable/schedule 2 weeks ago.
That sets up a situation for Nov/Dec where we have 3 A321LRs in Dublin and 1 in Shannon.
Production lists online don’t currently show the MSNs for the next 4 Aer Lingus LRs.
