Bats on a plane

USA TODAY: Bat on a plane: Spirit passengers spooked on flight

Will that be rabies, or non-rabies? Oh, there's a fee for that.

I've had it with these ******* bats on this ******* plane.
The plural of Airbus is Airbuses. Airbii is not a word.
There is no 787-800, nor 787-900 or 747-800. It's 787-8, 787-9, and 747-8.
A321neoLR is also unnecessary. It's simply A321LR.
Airplanes don't have isles, they have aisles.

Is this a spin off of snakes on a plane?

Okay, but if the bat is flying, will the plane weigh less ?

Sorry, had to do it

Boring answer: no, because the upwards force on the bat from it flapping its wings is balanced by an equal downwards force from the air displaced by the bat's wings on the rest of the plane.

Not sure what the problem is....surely they're frequent flyers.

Standards seem to be slipping across the board in the airlines industry in the Western world. So many news of drunk pilots, passangers being dragged from planes, defective planes and now rabid bats.

"Once he realized he was in New Jersey, the animal fled the airplane like a bat out of hell."

-not an actual quote front the article

Door left open during a longer ground stop. People generally like fresh air.

And bats love anything that looks like a cafe. Err, a cave.
