Could it be some sort of partnership with a major airline? I know they go out of 135 terminals so it would be difficult but it's not out of the realm of possibility.

JetBlue is an investor so could we see JetBlue Express?

My top three guesses:

Connections with B6 via Long Beach
New base in TEB/JFK/BOS
Merger with Ultimate Air

Weren’t they planning on building a hub in Dallas?

My guess is a new operation in PHX that includes a lounge/boarding area adjacent to the Swift hangar.

A bunch of the pictures on their Instagram story feature a picture of their plane at Boeing Field, maybe they’re adding new routes out of BFI?

They’ve been using the hashtag for a while on their Facebook. Where did you find this?

Would not be surprised. Although, it may just be promoting their new service there.

Interesting. I wonder if any changes in focus cities/overall strategies will come with it.

They didn’t clearly say or show any significant Seattle landmarks. I just happened to see a line of parked 737max’s in the background and I recognized the buildings.

They already announced Paine field flights. Looks like they are merging both companies into one. Looks like big things are about to happen.
Excerpt from filing

Since Delux has complied with the requirements of Part 215, we acknowledge the registration of the trade name “JSX Air” by Delux for use in its operations.

Definitely not merging the two companies into one. JetSuite and JetSuiteX will remain two separate companies, with two separate audiences.

They are already 1 company, just 2 different divisions.

Maybe a couple of larger aircraft for their busiest routes? Like E170?

I'm intending to fly them on their new PHX-LAS in Oct. for an expected trip..can't wait! Sounds like a great experience.

It would have to have 30 seats to continue to fly Part 135.

It’s most likely (but not definite) that it’s just rebranding. Their Instagram story has a picture of a plane which I assume is theirs with a logo I don’t recognize on the side of it. I wouldn’t get my hopes up, but you never know

Definitely two separate companies, one just owns a portion of the other. Two separate corporations, operating certificates, leadership structures, etc.

If you use Thompson Aero Vantage, that could probably fit in a 1-1 configuration. :D

Looks like the first aircraft wearing the new JetSuiteX name (JSX) and logo has shown up at Boeing Field today. Unless they absolutely needed the plane for operational reasons, I doubt they would let the new logo/name fly (no pun intended) if they weren’t going to unveil it until the 8th.

They couldn't move the X over just a bit so the main part of their new X logo design wasn't obscured by the window?

Boy if that is the extent of their "big announcement", they ought to check said definition LOL.

I agree. But I don’t know if they sent the new logo aircraft on flight because they had maintenance with another plane and need it, or if that’s not the announcement at all. We will find out on the 8th

hmmm, little bit of a let down. I actually prefer the older tail... and the full spelling of JetSuiteX below the cockpit windows. Hardly seemed necessary to change their logo. Well, at least the racing stripe stayed!

Maybe they just wanted more differentiation between JetSuite (charter) and JetSuiteX (part135)… Especially since JetSuiteX has received investment from JetBlue and Qatar.

Still my favorite airline flying my favorite plane.

I still find it odd that they would let the aircraft fly before their “Big” announcement on the 8th

I wonder if the Bigstripe (Deluxe dba JetSuiteX) will apply for / be asssigned a new IATA ? Or will they keep XE (imagine they'll keep it)? Their ICAO is already JSX.

The other company, Redstripe (Superior dba JetSuite) has an ICAO code of RSP, and never applied for an IATA.

As predicted here, the "big news" is a name change to JSX.

And now they are calling Buchanan Field in Concord (CCR) "East Bay/Napa."

Underwhelmed by the "big announcement" but totally looking forward to my first trip with them PHX/LAS/PHX in Oct. at the amazing fare of only $178 ROUNDTRIP...fully $50 less than the lowest avail. fare on my otherwise pref. airline AA and their fare was only avail. at flight times I didn't care for.

What JSX needs to do is getting its operations in order. Seems like they are going through a lot of growing pains recently with all these new flights. Once they have enough of a network and a much better operation, they will have a lot more loyalty.

My co-workers had their OAK-BUR flight canceled yesterday and had to jump on WN flight a few hours later. Hoping my flight next Sunday operates normally; Sunday afternoon walk up fares will be pricey.

I have this strange suspicion we will see some kind of cooperation between JetSuiteX, Moxy and JetBlue. Just a feeling, could be nothing.
