Airbus 330-200 Braking Question

Fri Aug 23, 2019 12:48 am

I have noticed a distinct clanking noise (not heavy but muted) during taxiing in the Airbus 330. I think it is more prevalent in the 200 series, but not entirely sure. What causes this?

In the A330s, when the parking brake is set, it makes a distinctive clanking sound. I haven't heard it in any other Airbus type yet
