A facebook friend posted pictures of these wings they've found after their father's passing, and I have no idea. The back says "ANA-82". I've thought of it all, All Nippon Airlines, etc. None of my research is panning out.

Tempting to say All Nippon, for obvious reasons, but I've not seen that font used by them before... and there's no other pics of similar wings from a simple Google image search.
So in sum: dunno.

I’m thinking this is not aviation related. Likely miscellaneous apparel or jewelry. Ana could have been someone’s name or initials with 82 being a rank or year of significance.
Usually crew wings will have an airline logo or something in the middle.

Have you contacted the airline themselves? They would know and some of these airlines have small teams dedicated to the brand and heritage.
That font doesn’t look like the ANA one from those times.

How about the 'other' ANA, Australia National Airlines, which merged with Ansett to form Ansett-ANA back in the 1950s.

Two questions
1) Is the number 82 or 32?
I am tending towards 32, but everyone else is seeing 82.
2) Should there be two wings, but at some point the other wing has been broken off?
If so, could the full inscription be something like "Morgana 32"?

Thanks for the replies, friends. All I know is the details that were on the post, which I summed up in my post. She doesn't know if there's another half as that's all she found, and her father is passed away so he couldn't help much. My wife was quick to point out that if you look at it right, it almost could pass for a fighter pilot's face with a mask on; although I'm sure that's going to require some creative thinking that I personally can't see, although I agree with the post above that I'm tending to lean towards the military side, as opposed to civil due to the fact that a logo/brand isn't readily apparent. Defeats the purpose of the wings on the uniform, I suppose.
